When can I start using ImPACT on an iPad?

ImPACT testing on an iPad is available to use now!

How can I access the test on an iPad? Is there an app that I need?

The test can be accessed in two ways:

Using a standard web browser, in the same manner as you’ve always accessed an ImPACT test online. Log in to the Customer Center and launch the test from there.
Using the iPad app ImPACT Toolkit, and your ImPACT Customer Center login credentials, you can administer tests either online or offline.

How do I get ImPACT for iPad activated on my account?

There are no additional steps to activate the ImPACT on iPad capability, it will automatically be activated on your account.

What type of iPad software will this run on?

An iPad with a screen size of 9.7” or larger, and iPadOS 11.0 or higher.

Was new normative data collected for the iPad version of the ImPACT test? If so, what age range?

Yes, the new normative data was collected on iPad and is available for ages 12-59 when taking ImPACT on an iPad.

Does this cost extra to use ImPACT on an iPad?

No, there are no additional costs associated with ImPACT on iPad.

In what countries is the test available on iPad?

ImPACT on iPad is available to use from our US, CA, and INTL Customer Centers. It is not available in the EU Customer Center.

If the baseline test is completed with one pointing device (mouse, trackpad, iPad), does the post-injury test need to be completed with the same pointing device to compare the two?

It is recommended that the test taker use the same pointing device across tests.
