About Neuro Outcomes

Dr. Naidoo is a Pediatric Neuropsychologist and Neurorehabilitation practioner in the Austin area. She has coached at the little league, high school, college and amateur level for both soccer and track and field, and was a national level SACOS coach in South Africa. Based on her experiences as a coach, coupled with her education and training (she has doctorate degrees in both Kinesiology and Neuropsychology), she is a strong advocate for baseline testing prior to sport participation. It is her goal to have every athlete (both recreational and competitive) in the Austin area complete baseline testing, facilitating timely diagnosis and intervention in the event of a concussion.

The focus of care at the Neuro Outcomes is to provide education on concussions and concussion prevention and offers an individualized approach to concussion management. As the individual recovers from a concussion, we will determine when it is safe for the patient to return to sport participation and work activities. Recommendations regarding return to play are based on symptom assessment and post injury neuropsychological assessment. In addition to sport concussion evaluations, Neuro Outcomes is equipped to perform neuropsychological evaluations and neurorehabilitation for a variety of referrals for children and young adults.
